Below is the information you will need for your stay, as well as some essential instructions for arrival. Please read everything carefully.

As you are a private guest of our personal suites and not the hotel resort, it is the Hotel’s policy that there be no direct registration between private suite guests and the front desk without a Host present. Therefore, your Host for the duration of your stay and greeting will be Robinson.

Robinson’s contact number is +1(305) 527-8703. He will work with you to coordinate a time and place to meet and receive the keys along with proper guest registration. On arrival, he will also provide further details regarding your stay, including guest procedures.  You will need to contact Robinson a day prior or the morning of arrival (10 AM to noon) unless we arrange to check in otherwise. Your name must match your booking source on arrival.

A form of a Pictured ID is required in advance for submission to the temporary Hotel registration and resident security department. If you have not already sent picture IDs to Natalie or me, please send them to my email or a text image to my phone at +1(216) 392 7141. This is a security feature used in the Hotel for you and the resident wing. All expected registered guests must provide ID, except for children in a family.

You need to provide an arrival time window for me to help schedule your check-in, Host greeting, grounds tour, and registration.

The $51.30 daily resort fee will be collected during registration on arrival. Please be advised that you need a picture ID for registration and a credit card to secure spending for incidentals/resort fees. If any incidentals incur, they will be charged to your temporary house account and then settled upon check-out.

All hotel amenities, such as a gym, pool, spa, and restaurant access, are included with your stay. Direct Hotel services of maintenance, food room delivery, and daily housekeeping, are not included unless your stay is over 31 nights.

For Concierge services such as resort restaurant reservations and spa requests, contact the 1 Hotel directly and request to speak to Concierge at 1.305.604.1000.

You are supplied with an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and amenities. Being a resident vacation rental, and unless housekeeping is scheduled during your stay, these amenities inside the room are not replenished. A pharmacy convenience store is located across the street with a large selection for personal needs.

Housekeeping can be scheduled for additional fees as follows.

Random clean: $100 every day of your stay. Consists of a maid cleaning the unit every single day during your stay. We provide fresh towels every day. Replacement of bed linens on the third day of your stay. Replacement of toiletries daily.

Daily clean: $75 every day of your stay. Consists of a maid cleaning the unit every single day during your stay. We provide fresh towels every day. Tidy and straighten up the apartment.

1 Random cleaning $120 at three or more Random $100 each (Full cleaning)

1 Daily $90, 3 or more Daily $75 (Tidy and clean)

Unless otherwise arranged in advance, check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. 11:00 AM check-out is mandatory due to our cleaning and tight turnover schedule. As much as we would love to allow a late check out, it is impossible. A Bellman can store luggage if needed for early arrivals and later departures, and during this time, you will receive a temporary ground key to use as needed.

Valet Parking at the Resort is $51 per night.

Please remember that you are solely our guest in our private suite. In case of a problem or emergency, you may contact us 24 hours a day. Below is any contact information you may need during your stay.

Please keep us updated on any delays that may arise in your travels during any stage of getting to Miami Beach and the 1 Hotel. You must communicate with your Host en route or from the airport to confirm your arrival.

Some basic room rules and notes.

Again, unless otherwise arranged in advance, check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM.

This is a non-smoking room and resort. We ask that you refrain from smoking in the room or balcony.

Refrain from flushing diapers, napkins, and large amounts of tissue down the toilet as they are low flow and extremely sensitive.

Please do not use our house bath towels for removing makeup.

Do not leave trash in the halls by the doors, dispose of waste daily. The Trash area is marked on a door to the left in the hallway just past the elevators.
