Luxe Miami Condos is a Miami Beach vacation rental management company founded by Joe Semary in 2012. We manage 18 private condo suites across four buildings in South Beach and Collins Avenue: 1100 West Avenue, 1 Hotel and Homes, the Hilton Bentley Hotel, and the Barbizon Beach Club on Ocean Drive. Joe Semary has managed vacation rental properties in Miami Beach since 2012. What started as a single property has grown into a portfolio of 18 privately owned suites across some of South Beach’s most established buildings.
The work is hands-on. Joe and his team handle every aspect of each stay: listing management, guest communication, check-in coordination, mid-stay check-ins, cleaning oversight, and maintenance. When guests have questions or issues, they reach a person, not a help desk ticket.
The approach comes from a straightforward belief: a guest who feels looked after comes back, and a guest who comes back is worth more than any amount of advertising. Most of the repeat bookings in the Luxe Miami Condos portfolio come from guests who experienced that level of attention on their first stay and wanted the same thing again.

One studio inside the historic 1937 Art Deco Barbizon building, directly on Ocean Drive, steps from the beach and boardwalk. The most central location in the portfolio. Studio, 2 guests.
